Established in 1995, Toy Traders has blossomed into Canada’s premier independent toy and collectible store. Boasting an expansive 17,000 sq ft space, our store is a haven for enthusiasts, adorned with mesmerizing custom displays showcasing hundreds of thousands of new, popular toys, and unique items. By honing in on our local market, we’ve cultivated an exceptional level of customer service and curated an extensive product selection. Notably, we refrain from online sales and shipping, allowing us to prioritize the in-store experience. As the largest collectible store in Canada, Toy Traders stands out with a distinctive trade-in feature. Customers have the unique opportunity to exchange their toys or collectibles for in-store credit, adding an extra layer of excitement to their shopping experience.

Items may be brought to the Trade Centre Monday – Saturday: 10-5pm, located to the right of the main entrance. There is no appointment necessary and the average trade completion time is 5 to 30 minutes. While you browse the store, the Trade Staff will calculate a value based on the condition of the items (this includes cleanliness and completeness). Once a value has been calculated, you will receive an in-store credit in the form of Trader Bucks. Trader Bucks have no expiry date and are tax-free. Trader Bucks are fully transferrable and make for a great gift or charitable donation.

At this time Toy Traders does not sell online or ship product.

The dioramas and displays are a permanent collection of Toy Traders and are not for sale. However, we do have a large collectible section in which we sell new and vintage G.I. Joe, Star Wars, Masters of the Universe, Transformers, DC, Marvel, etc. Please note: we do not sell online. Visit Toy Traders in person to see our selection, or check out our weekly newsletter. Please note that our inventory changes daily.

All used items are fully warrantied and can be returned within 30 days with receipt. If used product is returned in original condition within 30 days, a full in-store credit is given. However if the item is defective or the item is retuned within 48 hours, a full refund will be given based on original payment type.

Yes we do sell gift certificates in any denomination, including $1 and $2 which are great for grab bags and stocking stuffers.
