Trade hours
The Trade Department is located within Toy Traders but operates within separate hours.
Monday-Satuday: 10AM-5PM
Sunday: Closed

How it works. Items may be brought to the Trade Centre Monday-Saturday. The Trade Department is located to the right of the main entrance. There is no appointment necessary and the average trade completion time is 5 to 30 minutes. While you browse the store, the Trade Staff will calculate a value based on the condition of the items (this includes cleanliness and completeness). Once a value has been calculated, you will receive an in-store credit in the form of Trader Bucks. Trader Bucks have no expiry date and are tax-free. Trader Bucks are fully transferrable and make for a great gift or charitable donation.
