The Trade Department is located within Toy Traders but operates within separate hours.

How It Works. Please call the store before bringing in any items. Only select items are accepted for trade, and eligibility must be confirmed in advance.
No appointment is necessary, but you must speak with the store beforehand to confirm your visit. Arriving without calling first may result in delays, as the appropriate specialist staff may not be available to assess your items. Once confirmed, items may be brought to the Trade Centre Monday through Saturday. The Trade Department is located to the right of the main entrance. The average trade completion time is 5 to 30 minutes. While you browse the store, Trade Staff will assess your items and calculate a value based on condition, including cleanliness and completeness. Once a value has been determined, you will receive in-store credit in the form of Trader Bucks. Trader Bucks have no expiry date, are tax-free, and are fully transferable, making them a great option for gifts or charitable donations.
